Do I need the free plugin as well?

Shumac Chat uses a Free plugin plus a matching Pro add-on. Install Free first, then Pro. Shumac Give includes all features in one ZIP and requires WooCommerce.

Will I be charged automatically next year?

No. These are manually renewed annual memberships. Your account shows the expiry date and a button to renew for another year.

How do I get my download?

After payment is confirmed, your protected plugin download is available in My account → Downloads. New customers receive an email with a link to set their password.

Can I download future versions?

While your membership is active, you can download the versions made available in your account. The current plugins do not include an automatic license-key or update service.
